Crikey! Looked like a stencil or mask at first. I'll have a look online.

From what I can make out they are self-adhesive surfaces. Should be a matter of sticking them according to the instructions?

The instructions doesn't say clearly how to apply them, but those film and print do not have any self adhesive.

I've had these on a a couple of aircraft and I've never understood either so I just painted the instrument panel and highlighted the dials with either a dust grey or black depending on the colour of the panel

Looks like you have versions, one for full instrument coverage, and the other just dials on your own coloured background. If they are not self stick then you could PVA them into place.

There should be a plastic version of these control panels in the kit. What do they look like? Are they transparent or solid colour?

It seems I have to scrape the instrument provided by the kit then put the film/print then put the PE part. I'll give update once I got to that! Any other

                Insight still greatly appreciated lads

For the film, you are meant to spray white on the reverse, and apply these to the back of the PE part. For the decals, you apply them and top it off with the PE part on top. These are optional parts.

                  Hope this helps

So I sent an email to eduard and they replied to my question. That is quite nice customer service from them. Well this is what they wrote back

film or print can be glued using white glue, you simply cut the shape and place it under the (allready colored) instrument panel or PE instrument panel, and put a small amount of white glue under the outer edges. Cyanoacrylate glue can also be used, but this variant is non repairable if you misplace the film /print. If the white glue is used, it can be removed and placed again.

                    Hope this might help others.

                    Cheers
