I recently bought the Revell battle of Britain gift set mainly for the JU87b and the He111. However I decided to build the Hurricane Mk1 that was also included to try a paint job that I had seen a picture of. I liked the paint job so much I decided to keep the model and decal it up.

However the canopy that came with the kit is the wrong one (one included is for the Spitfire).

Does anyone know if I can buy a canopy that would fit the kit and from where?

You could try Revell for a replacement or maybe buy an alternative vacform part. Check Hannants web site,they'll probably do one for less than a fiver.

Revell's customer service works quite well go to their web site, and click the link to contacts. They will send you the correct canopy free of charge. Considerably less than a fiver!
