	 Guest Guest
One of the most sad days of my life.

Pauline and I visited the Bayeaux British memorial gardens and cemetery.

There the headstones of those that gave their all. Captains of 24 sergeants of 18. English, Scots Welsh N Ireland Canadians. All set in English garden with grass so green all with an air of serenity. The only noise the slight squeak of the wrought iron gate at the entrance. No body with any human feeling can set foot within that place with out being overcome. If any body had spoken to me that day in that place I would have just sobbed. It is just like that there so sad and so very emotional

We shall not forget them. Those young men and women who gave there lives in the bitter struggle for freedom and peace,

 They will be remembered always
