    display case smell ?

    Does anyone know how to get rid of a closed display smell where I keep my models , I opened 1 case tonight and it has that old fusty smell any ideas ?

    Throw your models away...


    KIDDING! Just open the cabinet door once a week for a couple of hours, lack of air circulating.

      As Simon said or pop a deodoriser in there like nuetrodol you can get them from poundland

        The amazing bicarbonate of soda to the rescue!


        Not only does it make excellent snow, but lots of people use it to absorb nasty smells!


        I use it in trainers & carpets, hoovering it up after.


        Or half a lemon works too - that's good for smelly fridges

              Put a haddock (other fish are available) in, at least it will mask the smell of glue


              Oh, you want it to smell better? Ah, yeah, forget the haddock (or indeed any other fish).
