    My Stuff On Ebay.........

Well maybe I'm being over Ambitious............. But I've put a few of my completed models on Evilbay ............ I have nowhere to display them, and "Er Indoors" is getting a bit techy about them being on the dining table ......... So we'll see what happens ????

I don't know what else to do with them......... I don't want to bin them. I'd rather give them away............. Maybe, the local scouts or Cadets of some kind might want 'em ??? But I don't know who to contact on that.......... But one way or another they have to go.

Yeah, bad paint is one thing but when the rivet counters hear that screw x is missing from hole y in the fully enclosed and glued together engine Bay... Your proper snookered, the internets will fold in on its self

You should have no problems peter , there seems to be plenty of collectors who either havent got the time or skill to make their own. I started selling a few of mine for the same reason , the cabinet in the garage was full so I had to make room for any new builds. I never really made any serious money , I think the most i ever got was about £20 for one ,the majority going for about £5 but its all money towards new purchases isnt it!

A lot of luck is involved in eBay selling.

I sold my King Tiger dio to an Italian collector of /;72 scale armour for £60, but it could easily have sold for far less.

I'll just be happy to get something for them and keep er-indoors happy......... No bids yet. But there are a few "watchers on each of them ......... Fingers crossed.

How on earth did you get that to Italy in one piece ? I mean, it did make it in one piece didn't it ?

It did make it there in fine condition!

I bought a circular plastic cake container from a Poundshop, drilled some screws through the base of that into the bottom of the dio base & then placed that in a box with plenty of chipfill

Why don't you ask your local hobby store if they will display them for their customers, you might get a commission out of it, my local shop has agreed to display a few of mine, he seems very keen too as a matter of fact.

Amazing. I can just imagine this box being chucked around the place, and yet somehow, it and its contents survived.
