    Stripping chrome parts

Am manning up and making a start on my Fujimi FW16 and wondering about the chrome plated parts. It seems normal to plonk them in bleach to strip the plating off, quick Q does it matter if the bleach isn't just basic stuff? All we have in the house is "citrus" stuff. Will that matter?!

Any other thoughts on stripping plated parts welcome too! Cheers :-)

Standard thick household bleach, have fun. The flavour doesn't matter

Nice one, cheers! I believe our bleach is Aldi's finest too ;-)

Well that worked then! I lied, it was Parazone not Aldi's finest and worked in about a minute before my very eyes, no need to wait around! Weirdly of the two sprues I stripped one was white and one was black underneath but that is mere detail.

            Thanks all.
