Hi all just wanted to share something with you here, Iam building the tumbler 1/25 kit from moebius for my clubs group build, and as some of you know I found myself missing an important part of the kit so I reached out to a few people and places namely moebius themselves and amazon whom I bought the kit from. Now I have to say have tried to get in touch with kit manufactures in the past for spares and getting nowhere, I reached out to moebius... I have to say I was not very trusting that they could deliver, so after a phone call which got me nowhere I opted to e-mail them and was shocked when they sent me a reply the next day, so I paid my $8.00 and within one week I now have the part ready to finish the kit and I have to say that iam very very impressed with there customer service, now the tale doesn't end there, yesterday I received a card from the postman telling me he had a parcel for me thing is I haven't ordered anything, so I picked it up today and I find to my great surprise that the place in japan where the tumbler kit was bought from through amazon, the nice people in japan have sent me a brand new kit rather than the spare part I requested free of charge I might add.


So I now find myself in possession of two tumbler kits, I have to say a huge thanks to amazons customer service as it is excellent and a very happy ending to the tale.

I have had missing parts for dora a barrel insert that I could not get a replacement for since the company has gone out of business and a few other missing parts in other kits, I contacted their customer service depts. and got no where so had to try to scratch build or buy resin replacements, so all hail to moebius and to amazon for there excellent and prompt customer service I would definitely use their services again.
