No Phil it is just an all day food diet.

My turn cooking tonight. So all light food. Bacon eggs sausage tomato black pudding

flat sliced fried potatoes. Served on blanched lettuce. Plus a baguette. Very frugal.

Have not decided on the main course yet.

This is my one meal in a week cholesterol free diet.

Sat morning went with the wife into town got my hair cut and got the wedding rings all cleaned ( that's put a smile on her face ( ££££££ ) lighter but that's her happy!!!

Got my IPA yesterday so Sunday I'll be cleaning my disaster with the Toyota 84 C paintwork. I put light grey coat of Vallejo ( think ) undercoat and then thought of a nice metallic silver/ gunmetal finish. It didn't come out well and paint was not even so I'm cleaning it in bath of IPA and I've got HAlfords semi gloss black spray to make second attempt.

Later the wife and I are going to see Mousetrap at the local town hall ( I thought that was a game in the 70s!!!

      Cheers

Bought a second hand mountain bike for £50 2 weeks ago. So all kitted out.

          Helmet track suit and gloves.

Started slowly and building up. Just come in from a bike ride all along the

cycle path along side the seafront, tide in. Glorious day just superb. Light breeze

          and sunshine about 18 degrees.

New soft saddle for old bum is working in slowly. Also have all the toilets along

the seafront and other rides mapped out. 30 mins each way wobbly legs at the

end but exhilarating and also de stressing.

My eldest son told me every hours you ride it is said you add that hour to your life.

I liked that idea until I thought if I ride for 24 hours a day I will live for ever which puts

          this theory definitely under suspicion.

Shoulder on the mend, physio said I can dispense with the sling, so going to do a bit of modelling at last.

I bought a 'Christmas Tree Container' from Argos last week, going to use it as a water test tank for my S100 & Gato sub.

So weather permitting into the garden, fill tank with water and check the S100 for leaks.

If weather is bad, back to plan 1 modelling.

Usual shopping and domestic stuff Sat morning and afternoon. Bit of reading (working my way through Steig Larsen's Millennium trilogy), bit of music and pottering about with a couple of dios on Sat night and wee small hours of Sunday 'til I'm tired enough to sleep.

I've got absolutely nothing planned for the rest of Sunday - just hoping I can get it all finished before going back down the salt mine - sorry, college - on Monday.

I am buying some kits from Japan, finishing a balsa hydroplane hull, folding up and repairing sails and putting outboards away for the winter. Also thinking of a good reason not to go and pump bilges out.

Planning on getting some johnsons klear and experimenting with the air brush.

                                Apart from that, nothing.
