My poor doggy had to have a tooth out today and leaving her at the vets has got to be one of the worse things , they said they will call when its been done but wont be until at least 4pm! This is going to be one long day.
We took 2 of ours to have a lot of their teeth out a couple of years back, I think we was in more pain than they were, it cost us just under £700 and that was with a discount
I'm sure she will be fine, they bounce back very quickly
They do John, its weird because we are always looking after pennies in one way or another but when it comes to our family pets they could give me a bill of £1000 and I would pay it straight away
ah bless her, remember when our Cocker Spaniel, had his danglies removed, he came home snuggled up to me on the floor, we covered him up in a blanket and he just lay as close as can be, shaking a bit of the time with the odd moan and a look that said 'WHY, WHY, OH WHY'
Good news , Tizzy is home now minus 3 teeth and moaning like mad because of the knock out juice, bloods came back perfect which was another worry as she is 11 and has a couple of lumps. So all in all she will recover with no painful teeth and as fit as a flea
Great news I'm happy for you, I lost a dog several years ago to cancer and the pain has put me off ever having another, that said my daughter just got a pedigree dachshund, I love the little thing, and when I say little I mean like tiny.
