Hey,
New to these forums
I'm currently making Airfix's GR4 Tornado, the limited edition 617 sqd Dambusters one (hmmm. I bought it a couple years ago but never got round to building it).
I want to highlight the panel lines (almost non-existent on this) using a black or dark grey wash. I have both enamel and acrylic paints, but no access to turpentine (I have white spirit though). I will be applying it to both acrylic and enamel painted surfaces.
Is there a way to make washes? I have seen stuff online but I don't know what is the right colour (for a dark grey surface), and if a spirit based wash will dissolve my enamel painted surfaces.
Cheers in advance
EDIT: The paints I own are mainly revell, with a few Humbrol.
