    Thought I'd Introduce Myself properly.

Hi, I'm Euan. Im 14 and I'm from london, and have been making model cars for a few years. Over the years i've gotten quite a big collection (about 20 cars) of varying standards (from the ones at the begining, painted with a brush, and covered in glue smears, to the more recent projects that are a lot cleaner, and the very last project, where i finally got used to the airbrush i bought.

    About my main interests:

I like model cars, espeially Itallian cars, because of the design, and also any car that is unusual. I also like games, and sometimes relicate cars from the game in plastic.

    About my models:

Last mont i bought an airbrush for £15 on ebay which i use with a propellant can, but when i have the money, i will buy a compressor.

So, i will post some photos of my previous projects here to give you an idea of what i do.

    My most recent finished project

    Another Older project

    Thats all for now.

    Bye

Welcome to the forum Euan. Is that the old Airfix Bently Blower model? That was around when I was young but it still looks good when put together.

I hope that you get some usefull tips and hints from the forum and our archives and I look forward to seeing your pictures in the future.

It is also really nice to see someone so young enjoying thier modelling. It was a very significant part of my youth but it seems to be no where near as popular as it was in those days.

I think it has been reissued quite recently, becuase it has different box art from the original as far as my knolegde of old kits goes. I also agree that modeling is far less popular. I think its because people dont have the patiance and the time, and also because of the increasing numbers of diescast and premade cars avaliable for the same price.
