Left SMF in a fit of pique even high dudgeon.

    I did.

No regrets as life bounces you along and sometimes the result is beneficial. It gives time for thought. Gives others a rest. :x

I thought I would ease my way back. The signs were there and two members here saw them . Not difficult.I left a host of signals as to who I was. After all they are my names that I have used.     As Morecombe informed Andre Previn (Mr Preview), all the notes are there but not necessarily in the right order

I have frequented a couple of forums. They are very nice indeed.

However I failed to find on those forums the very dozy and uninteresting type of  individuals who represent this forum.

God forbid I was becoming sane using those forums.

And so I thought I would give this forum a third go. Or perhaps the forum will give me a third go. If accepted of course. 9_9 Heck not saying any more.

We had a thread a while ago discussing if you could spot who built a model by their style.

The answer is yes you can.    I recognised your style after seeing the first of your new posts. Welcome back Laurie.

Does that mean you can tell a model was made by me...just by looking at it?

Is it the quality of the build, the paint finish or the sublime way I capture the object in my photos?

Thanks Polux very nice. Matter of interest building a Landrover Snatch as I know you have an interest in Landrovers.

Ian I knew you had caught on from your reply to the Seaking. I imagined a sneaky grin ? Thanks for your welcome. I will try not to involve you in to many of my rantings ?

Si I would know your work anywhere. Is it the quality of the build, the paint finish or the sublime way I capture the object in my photos? No it is just the Si special touch.

            Thanks to you 3.

I wondered if it was you from the name and build.

I wondered how long it would be before you were "outed". As I said before, welcome home Laurie. Now get that build thread on your Junglie Sea King on this forum where it's rightful place should be.
On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.

Just finished: Airfix 1/48 Stuka & Airfix 1/72 Sea King HC4.
