seems like it was after the bournemouth air show and they were on their way back to land, has gone down near the village of throop and eyewitness's say the pilot steered the plane away from house and into a field by a river, still no news on the pilot yet .possibly landed in the river.

sadly sounds like the pilot went down with none of the news reports I've read mention the pilot ejecting or being found.

Just seen the news on ITV

Reds pilot didn't want to crash in the built up area. Unconfirmed reports are the pilot has been lost.

Dont know how reliable the daily mail is but I just found this online

A Ministry of Defence spokesman told MailOnline that the name of the pilot is being withheld, along with details of whether he was hurt or not.

I've just seen a couple of eyewitness accounts on news channels. Like everyone else I would hope for the best but the reports were not encouraging.

rip.... sounds like the guy was a hero and made sure that the plane did not hit any buildings,he was found in his ejection seat in the river.
