Got to love Christmas, wrapping, wrapping, wrapping.

Hi all been wrapping my granddaughters Christmas presents today, now I love her to bits but I think my missus has gone over the top this year.

I finished these and she said you know I think she needs a few more, there's not much there, Megan is 3 personally I think that is plenty but I have an idea there may be a few more coming.

The grandchildren always get lots of presents. We have three grandchildren and decided to limit them a little bit this year but it has not worked. We are always seeing things and saying that would be great for one of the kids and then we have to buy something for the other two so they get the same amount, and it goes on from there. It is always good watching them open the presents.

We think of frankie (our daughters daxie) as our grandson (well until she has an actual baby) so he's got a sack just as big, and even though he's a dog and knows no different swmbo insists he's are wrapped as well.

We don't do Christmas. When my kids were little I managed to brainwash them. Told them repeatedly that Santa is an anagram of SATAN and he steals childrens Soul's if they believe in him. They seemed to accept that........ They were somewhat castigated at school for that view I have to say. But it has saved me a fortune........... and luckily they've passed that on to their children.

So a bit of a result.

I take it Peter you also taught them that the ice cream van plays his tune to tell everyone when he has run out of ice cream.

You got it .......... and I shot the Damn Easter Bunny and fed it to the Dog. I made sure my kids had a very, shall we say, objective childhood. They didn't turn out too bad either. My youngest is an outreach worker (She gave up the drugs and prostitution a while back)....... and my Son? He was sort of in the "bank" trade. Until he was totally "fitted up" by the Serious Crime Squad........Should be home soon.
