iPad model mags

Does anyone have an iPad/phone and have one of the model mag apps? I'm looking at buying either Airfix model world or model military international I wondered which one was the best, model military is the cheapest

Funny you should say that John (geegad) I have just been offered a collection of 40years worth of that magazine. Seamed rude to say no so lots to read soon!

If you only have an Iphone and not an Ipad, seriously, don't waste your subscription money.

I have a 7" android tablet and thats too small for comfortably reading a magazine without constantly zooming in and out and swiping all over the page, due to the layout of model mags you find yourself scanning across the page to compare pics with commentary and such.

I'd say a 10" tablet is a minimum requirement, this would allow you to view one complete page, read and view without having to scan or zoom.

I bought the Android AMW app BTW and found it very very buggy still, clearly needs further development, was hit and miss in operation and kept closing mid read, very very frustrating so give it a thorough useage when/if you download it to check this.
