I just sent him this:I have just checked out recent completed listings of this item and nothing comes anywhere near your "Buy It Now" price.

That is extortionate and you should be ashamed of yourself.

What price would you sell your house at? Now there is Capitolistic greed, the "housing market". Five years ago, chap I know moaned about paying £14,500 for a car he could have got in Belgium for £12,000. He was quite happy to sell his three year old house for 50 percent more than he paid for it.

please be carefull as to highlighting and what could be looked at as `pestering` an individual , the individual in question has broken no law in any case and i wouldn`t like a black mark against the forum (or any other problems) for causing any interference in a matter where no law or regulation has been broken and by which no means we are involved with.

if he is selling at £99 , and someone buys at £99 then so be it. an items value is only so much as to which the purchaser is prepared to pay.

I notice the seller of this item has withdrawn it from sale 3 days before it's end date was due (1st October)....even checking his own list the other 3 there are still between £21 and £27 at the moment ....maybe he realised he was being too greedy or is holding off until all these others have gone.

Or did he just find out about the power & influence of us here on www.scale-models.co.uk !!!!
