    "Oh ye unopened boxes!"

Whilst this mild weather is still with us ( around these parts at least) I'm finding it almost impossible to even look at a kit - let alone build it!

I'm too busy messing outside. Being so warm, it's even nice walking at night.

The 'proper' winter will soon be on us, and when that happens I'll be under the leaves like a shot! So until then, I suspect my kit bashing will wait until I'm finally driven indoors.

I realise there are folks who, for whatever reason, can't venture out as much as they would like and I appreciate that, but.......

Is anyone, apart from me, suffering this strange 'take the good whilst you can.' mild weather affliction?

    Cheers all,
    Ron

Yes, my fish. They should be settled down at the bottom of my pond now, but no. I've had to buy more food.

I've always loved the 'great outdoors' but since having fibromyalgia it's getting far and few between. I'll push myself then pay for it later, but if someone said "are we going fishing?" then i'm off like a shot (a very slow shot from a sloth gun hehehe).

So yeah i'll take the good whilst you can.

      Have fun, John

Yeah I do like the milder weather I can't seem to settle and model, I've no such aspirations of being active outside losing the use of my legs tends to dent any enthusiasm but still nice not needing to go out like the Michelin man is always a bonus.
So I'm trying to keep modelling all be it for a few hours each night.

Well I'm making a new kitchen garden with raised beds, and helping swmbo with removing about 100m2 of seriously overgrown bushes in the garden....
It's been a bit wet but by no means cold, but it's coming, the weather man even threatened snow Monday....

Not to worry. I've just seen the wx forecast, winter will be with you late on Sunday.

Wish my cats were taking advantage of the fine weather and spent more time outdoors!

In the last two days they've sat on my 'puter keyboard and changed the appearance of my ebay page. They've also done the same with my TV remote and changed the screen size so I don't get a full screen image - neither of which I have been able to put right!

That's in between bringing in three dead rats, two live worms and half a spider!

Our newest member of the cat gang thinks it most amusing to bring home live mice and then play with them. After a while he either falls asleep or gets bored and then the mouse just wanders off and hides some place. Best to date we had six of the buggers running around the place! Good job that the other cat is more effective at killing them. The only issue is she always comes and presents them to us. Regardless of the time. More often than not its around three in the bloody morning!
