Problem with Etsy ??

Hi,guys has anyone used etsy,to buy off,?
I ordered ,a figure,on the 24/1/18,and no show,it dose not take that long for some think to
come from,Canada ,
they were so fast to take the bills,for it,and even afer 4 emails to them asking what happened,
and where is the order,just no reply,so I,m at a bit of a lost ,on what to do or how to get my money
back,:crying:
so if anyone dose have any ideas on what to do ,it would be greatly appreciated,

Do they have a Facebook or other social media page Monica? If so you could post on there, companies don't like anything negative about themselves on Facebook so tend to react quickly.

How did you pay Moni? If you used PayPal you can raise a dispute. If you paid by card, contact your provider and request a credit claw back.

Hi Bob,ta for the help,well it was a depet ,from the bank,and they were so greedy,to get the cash, for some reason the paypal did not have a option,come to time of it,
