Having seen Wotan's A-10, I wondered about the Soviet equivalent - The Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot. It seems that there only have been two 1/48 models - one by Monogram, which was based on a prototype, and the other by OEZ - which has been reboxed many times, KP, Smer, and not least Eduard! Postie dropped this off today...............
It's hardly cutting edge technology, but it has recessed panel lines, albeit a bit soft

The plus side is the decal sheet(s), PE and precut masks
I could have bought the later Su-25SM version, but that had 4 Russian finishes. This one has 4 non-Russian finishes - 1 & 2 North Korean and Ukranian
3 & 4 - Luhansk Peoples Republic ( with Confederate Flags (?) ), and a Czech version with what appears to be a large advert on it's tail
There are a few bombs & missile pods, but I'll have to look at my other Russian planes for a bit more variety.......

I'd be interested in the Merkava Paul, if the price is right.

Evening All,

Just did a pre-order of this puppy. Been wanting one for years and the DES resin kit was a bit too much at € 115,00 + postage...

Due for release in the beginning to middle of December for a pre-order price of € 44,50 to the door. Part 2 of the V2 project is now possible. Gotta finish Part 1 first though...…………..

Super, Dude1. Looks a great kit.
Can't come with a tank as well can it, or is that just for illustration purposes.
Dude2.

There’s also a version with a Panther, and one by another manufacturer with an Elefant — see this post.

Best of all, those American firemen can be used almost without modification up until the present day

Painting them will be a labour of love. Set up some kind of production line maybe?
