Not sure how much of a DIY-er you are, but making your own spray booth shouldn’t be too hard with, say, some plywood and a generic extraction fan.

Peej, Try Amazon, bought mine recently from them for £80. Mike. Here is the next one for the bench. Made plenty of 1/72s in the past, so I thought I would have a go at a big 'un. Got to finish the 1/32 mosquito first. It will probably be brush painted like the Mossie as I need to save up for a booth for airbrushing as they don't come cheap. If they do turn out to be too big, you could always contact the seller (these come from a 3D printing site, right?) and ask if they can make them available at the height you need them. It should only be a matter of them scaling the model accordingly and re-uploading it.Comment

Since I started to focus on sculpting, my latest aquisitions have been pretty boring: putty, glue etc, but here. Is my latest buy. Whihc may be a little. Ore interesting:

Don't laugh, it is a set of lock-picking tools!

I've always been fascinated with all things mechanical and fancied learning to pick locks. i decided to buy these for 2 reasons - learn to pick locks, but as importantly, when I'm bored of picking locks they will make really good sculpting tools. One has already found its way into my tool box!

It's a pyrogravure, for the uninitiated.
Many thanks to Simon T for pointing me in the direction of probably the only supplier in Europe :thumb2: .
It will have to wait for a proper road test, though, because it's looking like I will have to work the weekend:disappointed2:
Will be good to see some trials with it.Comment

What does it say about me that I recognised them from the photo alone, when the explanatory line was still off my screen?

A bit random but my best buddy is a Master Locksmith. He makes a living by picking locks, legally.Comment

Funny, but true, My stepfather was also a locksmith and he worked in a confinement facility for the criminally insane. There was no making mistakes in your work there for sure...

I really don't think that Peter is the criminal type at all. He's just a fantastic Moggeller who loves his hobbies!!!!Life's to short to be a sheep...Comment
