I just watched this show and I was gob smacked when they said the past managers got rid of 9000 moulds!! How dumb have you got to be, to be a manager??

Don't I know it. I've worked in a couple of jobs where managers from another sector have been bought in to cut costs and rationalise the business. Bang goes goes the identity and hard won foundation of the business to be replaced by an atmosphere of fear and bullying = finished me off.Comment

Just watched this on Iplayer - highly entertaining.
Like others,shocked tohear that so many tools were scrapped, especially when you consider these are the rubber moulds used for resin but the metal moulds for injected plastic.
Good to see positive news for Airfix.
Looking forward to the second part.
