Another competition

I've decided to start another competition to see if someone can design a better header for the forum, it's something I've been going to do for a while but I've just been too busy.

The prize for winning this is..... nothing oster_oo

Well not quite nothing I'm sure I can offer you something for your trouble, at the very least a bit of advertising if you have a site and maybe even your name in lights

all in all this is a bit of fun so please take it that way and don't expect a brand new Dell P9 all singing all dancing machine or even a cheapo Airfix model, although I might be able to spring for a tin of Airfix paint

Well IMHO the Iron Annie bipe is too aviation related. Dangerous to offend one segment of the modelling community. ( I AM an aeromodeller). if you try to include a representative selection of model types you will get bleats from somebody who`s favourite isnt included. How about chrome/metal "Eurostyle" block caps. Have a look at the ITV News opening. I`ve got a how-to-do-it from the web if anybody wants to have a go if it isnt available already. Just lettering, no gimmicks,no fancy backgrounds.:dontknow:

Yep I have to agree is there are going to be images then it has to cover a wider spectrum, as an example here's a banner I did a while back to try and get across the variety of models

Yes, like that one Sonic (4 basic model types). Whip out the spotted oval and put title like Maplegarths second chrome font on a plain coloured background. Dont like the one with plastic sprue..implies this is plastics only Forum. :artist:EX Illustrator 1631st AFB Sq.USAF and UK Air Ministry (when computers were still using punched cards !!!!!!)
