    Airbrushes

    Hello all again

Asking about Airbrushes what Brands do you prefer as I looking to buy I was thinking of:

    75-7 CRESCENDO AIRBRUSH SET(INCL ALL 3 HEADS)

I have had cheaper ones in the past with very mixed results mostly due to inexperiance but I thought about going higher spec I know it not top end kit but its getting there in upper mid range (if that makes sense)

    Your thoughts please

    Hi Tag,

    This set

looks similar to the paashe set i have. As Badger is a recognised name i guess they will be similar so probably worth a punt.

One thing, though, even with the large spray pattern on the paashe, you can only cover about a 2 inch wide strip, (at least the way i use it), just something to bear in mind.

    J.

Thanks for the reply jankers I think its going to be case of buy it and see one of the main reasons for this choice is the advertised comment about the larger size of the brush with Arthritis in my hands and wrists might be eaiser to use

Gravity feed airbrushes are good rather than the bottom feed type with the bottle - If you are doing a lot of fine work with relatively small amounts of paint you can get up closer with the gravity type.

I've got an iwata hp - b plus, which is very good for detail work.
