A package arrived today and it was from a friend who's neighbor passed away and left him some kits. As he only builds models in 1/48 and the kits were all in 1/35, he split them between me and another friend as Easter gifts. Here is what was in my box,

Complete, delicate and finely molded resin kit,

Two more complete kits in resin and metal and etch,

4 complete kits and a conversion for the Opel Blitz,

A complete Meillerwagen in resin and a conversion for the Tamiya 8 ton. The Meillerwagen has some warped and a few broken parts, but is buildable with a little love and patience. The destructions are pretty much worthless though...….These kits are from the 90's and a bit later. So much for my "No Kits, No Kits, No Kits" rule………….

I must tip my hat and give a huge thank you to my friend Ron for his generosity. He wouldn't accept a Pfenning, except for the postage….

You lucky boy that is a nice collection. I was looking at the 3ton crane in plastic. These will keep you out of mischief for a while.

Decided I was feeling left out and with the current situation meaning I am building faster. Therefore I have started my stash.

Finally found these on "Evil Bay," I have been trying to get them for a few years now. Last time I checked my supplier, I found out that Preiser had discontinued them. The last three wagons are still in production but are out of stock and at $8.00 ea. USD AND free shipping how can you go wrong. Oh happy day!!!Click image for larger version

Hi Paul, I just typed in 1/87 scale models and started scrolling through.....all 26,274 of them. Fortunately I didn't have to go through them all but I spent a few hours looking. Rick H.

I find all the 3D printer junk tiresome to wade through so only check every couple weeks. PaulE

Well i think all this virus talk everywhere has driven me to this as i seem to have gone "Add to basket" mental over the last few weeks, this is the 2nd batch of stuff to arrive this week, batch 1 contained a US Machine gun crew,a load of various scenic stuff, scale ruler and Meng`s FT17 Tank crew with orderly and motorcycle.
I fancied doing something different, for me,hence the Tank.Another scenic pack, some better tweezers,(There are actually 6 in the pack),and some figures to go with the recent Priest in a future dio.............
