Halfway through day 4 now? If so, you should have done the hardest bit. It starts to get easier from there - at least it did for me - but don't let your willpower ease up. Well done Ralph.
    Cheers for the support Dave.
I think you are correct about the hardest bit,I have not had a craving today. My willpower is still strong just in case a craving hits.

Cracking...now if you were a guitarist you would name the guitar.....if fishermen follow the same convention, I would suggest you call the rod woodbine, to remind you of the days you used to be a smoker......

Yes it has been a good day today. I already feel wealthier and healthier so there is no wag I will be ever smoking again.

Day four is nearly over and your support has been fantastic yet again.
Well today I bought a rod and still have money in my wallet.
My tongue feels smooth I am not spitting as much and food certainly tastes different.
The game is not yet over and I am four to nil in the lead.Bring on day five and another will be in the net for me.
I will win,you have helped towards winning.

Keep it going Ralph! We aren't going anywhere before you are casting that new rod out into the waters and waiting for the big one to bite. What are you using for a reel Sir??? I used to love Garcia Mitchell reels myself for spin casting. Don't forget, fish are greedy and love big lures. In fact, bigger lures were always better!!!

                                Prost
