                      Hi Bob
Being retired is great. Once it actually sinks in you'll really enjoy it. The real surprise for me is how busy I am despite not spending time at work.

Ha! and you thought you had it easy before, now come all those little jobs that have been put off for years, and my how the time passes. You thought you were busy at work, :smiling6: wait till you taste real retirement. There is not enough time in the day, without the just as you are about to close your eyes - another "I was just thinking....." moment arrives.:rolling:
Seriously it's not that bad, now we have the 'bug' to curtail our expeditions outdoors, you will find you have plenty of time for the bench as well as other items in and around the home.
Just spent the morning tidying up the man cave/shed/summer model room as well as helping SWMBO in the garden as labourer/donkey, and now just finished a session on the bench.
And do not get sucked into day time tv, your brain will freeze worrying about what Madge will do in Doctors or the other drivel.
                          Happy retirement.
                          Mike.

Yep, all those nights away from home, I finally retired at 69/70 and do I miss it - not a jot.
