    Topical of bad taste?

    Hi

we were given this game a couple of years ago and never played it, not sure whether it could be considered topical or in bad taste!

it looks interesting, all players work together to stop the pandemic and as such all win or lose together - unusual for a board game.

I played the original version of that once, several years ago. We lost, is the main thing I remember of it, but it was a fun game.

Cooperative play is unusual, but not unheard-of. Arkham Horror, for example, also uses it — but the person explaining the rules the one time I played it, didn’t mention that until we were maybe halfway through the game. I had been trying to outdo the others until then

Fantastic game engine as a cooperative multi player venture. Can also be played solo I think.....I've played the a Roman version “Fall of Rome” several times with my gaming mate.....it’s relatively easy to play once you get the hang of it and great fun.......

We just had our first game - we lost, but great fun, and a change to have a board game i]involving working together. Very likely to play again tomorrow..
