    Stuck !

It's either this warm spell, but after having a half hearted attempt at cleaning the bench and painting some unassembled figures and kit ( trying in improve my painting of the harness on the German figures and the kit that fits to it ) I' ve come to a complete stop.
Plenty of kits in the stash, too many infact but little interest in building anything.
Bought some frames for bases along with some diorama vegetation, and that's about it !
    Still follow builds on here.

Happens to us all occasionally John. It’s like writers block. There Are lots of ways to tackle this, I’ve found doing something completely different Sometimes helps, such as a Model in a genre or scale you haven’t tried before. Others read a lot looking for a picture that fires the imagination. Warm weather does sap motivation somewhat, so see what happens if the weather cools a little.

Nothin out of the ordinary I reckon. If it's as hot on your side of the North Sea as is on our side I can imagine though. It's way too hot to do anything

          Hi John
Same here. Too hot to have the interest or the energy. I'm not bothered though as mojo will return.
          Take care everyone.

Hi John, warm weather isn't the problem...I can a test to that. :smiling2: Tim may have a point with the writers block.
All I need is SWMBO to tell me she needs help in the garden and swiftly the mojo comes back. :tears-of-joy::smiling6: It doesn't matter what I make as long as I avoid gardening.

For some it has to return naturally...I'm sure it will for you.

            Cheers,
            Richard

              John,
just gone through the same barren period, it'll pass! The hot weather always puts my modelmaking into slow-motion, usually restricting bench time to early morning, or evening. Weather forecast predicts thunderstorms Friday morning with cooler weather over the weekend, so hopefully relief in sight.................

I was modelling last night for an hour and gave up. Nothing was sticking and my optivisor had to be continually dried from all the sweat. In my van yesterday at 5 in the morning it was 26 degrees! What's that all about. Just put your feet up, relax and take it easy. Your mojo will return young Jedi

Same here John. Partly the weather, and just found out I am being made redundant, a combination of those two and I haven't touched the bench since last week...despite enjoying my current project, and having a few other bit's I want to start working on.
