Z Scale Military Models - Amazing!

I found this guys website whilst browsing the web:

He makes Z Scale Military models, cast in resin from originals produced on a cnc mill. The detail looks great and they really look the bees knees painted and weathered - he even does a German Armoured Train!

This may be a stupid question but... Is Z scale the same as 1/300th???

The Models are 1:220 scale - made for use with Z Gauge rolling stock on railway layouts!

The Tanks are only about an Inch long!

I've done a fair bit of wargaming with 1/300 scale stuff.

The detail is pretty amazing...
