I have a friend on lithium , he is fine but they need to keep track of your levels , and all should be ok.

Hi Ralph it’s great to see your back to some normality. I understand where you are coming from as I work as an RMN with people and patients with a wide variety of mental health issues.
Im pleased it sounds like they are on board with your medication but the down side is sleepiness. If you need someone to speak to just contact me.

Good to have a diagnosis Ralph, so at least you can try some medication. Good to feel a bit doped sometimes too. All the best.
