    Just me saying "THANKS"!!

    Evenin` Guys,
I just wanted to drop a line about my personal thoughts:anguished:...... don`t worry,i`ll make it brief :thumb2::smiling6: ,
As you can see from my "Profile",i joined the site in Jan 2019,but,to be honest,i`ve only really been what i`d call,an "Active contributor" since Jan 2020.
There are many reasons for that,(mostly boring),but most certainly,a huge reason was an almost complete mojo loss in modelling due to the collapse,or total wipe out of sites that i`d taken part in previously.
Don`t get me wrong,i don`t build my models for other people,or to try and get personal plaudits from fellow modellers...... after all,i`m not actually that good-i just enjoy what i do!:thumb2:......
......The thing is,i like, and feed off of,the "Community" feel of a good site,it drives me on and makes me feel less "Isolated" in doing my hobby that no one i meet personally has any interest in!!
What i`m TRYING to say in my cumbersome,Devonian, way is......
Thank you ALL for the last 12 months of me being here,i`ve got to know previous friends once again, and also met a lot of new Guys whom i now consider "Friends" also,
Many,MANY thanks to all of you who have rekindled my love of this Hobby, and even commented on some of me efforts!
Merry Christmas to ALL of you,and keep safe in these mad times!

Andy. You made me feel very welcome when I joined the other site, and even more so when we met in Devon some years ago .Really pleased that you have eventually joined us here.

You know how much I value your friendship ever since we met way back in 2016. We have seen a lot happen since then Smiffy and it was great to see you back on the site this year. I'm so glad your passion for modelling has returned and I look forward to many more years of banter and modelling fun. Have a great festive period and remember there will be snow in Princetown this weekend!.

I have also only been on this site for a year and feel the same as you with regards to the friendly atmosphere that exists here, long may it continue and although I have never met any members from the forum I feel I can call you all my friends.
