Did Santa add to your stash?

Since my rekindled love of modelling it was inevitable Xmas would attract some new kits for me (family are happy they can get something for me!)

I've been lucky and got a few kits, but the best for me was a Tamiya 1:32 Spitfire Mark IXc!

So, anyone else. Get anything exciting?

Nope, not me. Nothing modelling related. Got a nice floor standing reading light and some books though, and a good bottle of whiskey.

      Nice!

Fortunately Tim, Wifey has been researching kits and told my family what to get..... however, her choice in Whiskey worries me so I think she got it right!!!

I probably mentioned it before as I bought my own present but it was wrapped up for Christmas so I had the Monogram B29 superfortress-1:48 scale.
not sure which version I will build yet, e.g. Ebola Gay or Bockscar etc. When I get around to it. Did I mention it’s slightly big?
I added this picture to show a 1:48 scale spitfire next to the B29 for scale (please ignore the mess)

I'm selling most of my plastic kits off, so I didn't want any more.

However, I did get a nice, and unexpected 'kit' from No.2 Son. It's already bubbling away nicely! :upside:
