Well had an exciting morning. Snow and 40mph winds = massive drifts. Took me 15 mins to go 1/2 mile to the main road to get to work. And when i came back they drifts have now blocked the road and are 8ft deep (still growing with winds). I've had to abandon my car (safely) and walk home. Felt sorry for the poor traffic policewoman standing at our road end stopping traffic.

Well it snowed, just about but a blizzard? Not. Cats got taken to the vet and are once again fully vaccinated. And in good health.
I'm on the island Falster at the bottom of sealand, we get coastal weather, so when it's nice it's very nice but when it blows it really blows.

So much for "Global Warming".....eh Lads?? Gusty winds and 7 deg. F. here today, only 6 inches of snow so it's a good day to stay at the bench and do a little modeling.

We haven't had much snow here, Allerton Bywater near Leeds, but it's been cold, so cold the canal has frozen to about an inch thick!

Well following on from yesterdays little snow drift. I set off for work to my semi-abandoned car this morning. The wind has died down but the drift was now 12ft (3.6m) high.

Just had to walk back to the house again after leaving the car. But at least now someone is there with a digger trying to clear the road.
