    Panic stations!

Well what a night i've had!

Had my 2nd jab yesterday, no problems. Went to bed, zzzzzz woke up about 2 30 ish having trouble breathing, noticed a large blister on my tongue at its rear close to my throat, it looked full of blood, urgh:confounded:

Panic stations, phoned 111 told them i had the jab and what i had found and told to get to my local ER asap, they would ring ahead, thankfully only a few minutes drive from home.

Went straight in to see a doc, he applied heat via a quite hot water drink and it burst, instant relief!! Horrible taste!

He said they are quite common but my beauty was large and starting to block my throat and air ways. He did not think it was related to the jab but to check the old cake hole every few hours, so far nothing.

So my modeling plans for today, down the pan, bugger, at least i can breathe !!

Hope that you soon feel better - had my 2nd yesterday, and now starting with the headaches again (had them for about a fortnight with the 1st), not debilitating, just annoying.

Nasty! Hope you’re OK now mate. To be honest, if he told me it wasn’t related to the jab I’d have asked him what it was related to.....after all, it’s not something you want to repeat in a hurry!

Much better Tim, thanks. Looked on google as you do, and they can appear on your gums, tongue at any time, normally just a pain but like my bugger can be larger and start to block air ways. Will be checking from now on!

                  Hi Bob
Scarey but sorted now. I had my second jab a couple of weeks ago. No problems with the first but just felt "off it" for 24hrs after the second.
Take it easy for a few days.
                  Jim

Had my first jab last week. Was fine until the next day where i then proceeded to have hot/cold shivers and a banging head. Arm was like lead too. But i would do it all again because it is FAR better then the alternative of contracting the virus.

Your not wrong! I had the virus just after Xmas and it wasn't pleasant, headache, loss of smell and taste (that was really weird) sore skin ,eyes hurt and every part from the waist down I could barley move with pain!
