Great cheer me up!!!! And seeing the 2 new StuGs with interior also helped, letter to santa posted

Thought i saw matron outside with a manic grin, big needle, flame thrower and green paint, but fled to the islands on the local lake!!

Been having bad indigestion for a week or so, Monday was terrible, it then calmed down. So Friday contacted Docs and told to come to the surgery straight away. She thinks with how painful it is and tender my tum tum is thats is likely a gall stone, got blood tests Monday which will hopefully diagnose it? Given lansoproze ( spelt wrong!) to hopefully calm things down.

As soon as i eat i can feel the pain building, it then gets almost unbearable so not eating much, fridge never been so full lol. Do not like taking tablets but looking forward to these buggers and pain killers!
Spot on my diagnosis Bob. Darned indigestion for a few weeks.
    Feeling yucks

Still wine was still OK. Great pain killer. :tears-of-joy: Hang in there Bob.

Yes beware of matron in the Gall Bladder op. room. They have a Black & Decker to drill out the holes to get in there.

Sadly there are no bars in hospital. It is a case of inhumanity to man by matrons.
They splash alcohol all over your body avoiding the mouth. Indecent.

        Thanks yet again!!

Had the all clear regarding blood, so no stones etc. Seems to be a large build up of acid, yuck!

Doc said to continue with tablets and will contact me in a month, the pain has finally gone, just uncomfortable

On the one hand glad to hear it's not as serious as they thought but at the same time still sounds unpleasant. Hoping you get better soon.

Good news Bob. Take it easy and take the medicine. If you behave you'll be good for another 50 years, just about long enough to work through your stash.

Well done Bob. More Jersey Cow milk will get you through it.

Stick to Jersey Royal Potatoes. Just smother them in butter &
your recovery will be almost instant.

Glass (or more) of mmm. Sauvignon may improve the intellectual faculties
It has distinct medical improvement factor.

Then a Guardium Acid Reflux Tablet. Boy you will need it after all
                    the above medication.

Bob are we talking of glass or bottle in this instance.
