    Chris, as per my pm. A idiot side swiped my first Guilia while it was empty outside my house, so not my fault. He stopped so got details, my insurance dealt with it, no cost to me, no change in my no claims and no rise in premiums?

      HI John well my insurance company is a good one an always paid up as ive been with them for over 40 yrs an im fully comp an i pay protected but on my certificte in the last couple of yrs ive noticed it says if you are involed in an accident they now say they will find me at fault as well which is not fair but i will be hit in my premium when i come to renew nxt yr an lose one of my three lives on my NCB so thats why i dont want my insurance company involed in such a silly prang

        HI BOB SORRY to say this but we are on two diffent companys an yours may operete different to mine as i pay nr 400 quid a yr an i dont want that goin up an my freinds say im payin to much so why dont i switch to another company well my dad did this an swithed an he backed into his freinds car on a car park an he had no end of trouble trying to get his new insurane to pay an they dint in the end my dad had to pay for the damage he did so im not goin down that rd

          an yes you are right John you do into a state of shock an cant think clearly an i just could not beleive anyone could back out like that an hit me as was revesing in to park up an then to hit our car as i stopped after an put my handbrake on an switched off my engine an got out of my car only to see him shoot back in an hit us again i was nr out of my mind thinking what the hell he doin

                      Chris, I'd definitely say you need to change your insurance company - as I'm only paying about half of what you are, on a 2012 car, but don't go for the cheapest on the comparison sites - I seem to be swapping between the AA and Saga (but strangely enough, the actual insurance company stays the same!) over several years - I phone them after finding a price on the comparison website, tell them that I've found a better price, and can they match it, they usually come in with about a tenner difference.
