              I can thank 2021 for my discovery of Shropshire blue. It's like a drug, I'm addicted to the stuff. A true home grown British cheese.

                Excellent, the English are great at blue cheeses. Try Dorset Blue Vinny, you’ll love that as well Colin :thumb2:

                  I'm not sure where it comes from, but gotten a taste for 'blue brie' - yes, I know brie is French, but not sure if the blue is produced in France.
