This just turned up, i ordered it months ago but was eventually reported lost and I was refunded my money, so I ordered the Nagato instead. Have just emailed the shop and they are sorting payment out.Click image for larger version

I won the Saab at auction, the same guy had the Bristol on offer - but I gave him a cheeky bid - and he accepted! - best of all, he gave me a refund for postage on one model! - Result! :thumb2:

Just out of interest, how many parts in the Bristol? The box can’t be right, not in 1/72, surely?

            Tim,
it means only 500 boxes produced!!! there are something like 30 parts in the tiny model. I'll do an inbox review of it - maybe tomorrow!

The Saab looks like the Blackburn Skua dive bomber.

Nice purchases dave ! Lovely obscure subjects , i love it . The saab looks very reminiscent of the sukhoi su2 , and the Bristol is something thats caught my eye a few times on e bay , its got a definite “ Catch the pigeon” look about it!

I have two AZ Model 109 kits and they both have the same 'short' run. It took me a minute to realise what it meant.

However, they're both G-6s and so I'm sure the only difference is the decals.... Which is even stranger when you consider both are marked as being from JG300...

Looking at Scalemates, they reissued the same kit 13 times with only decal changes..... So actually the kit is not really a short-run kit.

                    ATB.

Perhaps it’s the decals that are short run LOL…

This arrived from Air Graphic Models yesterday. These were common sights around RAF airfields in my day. I was qualified the drive these to tow Sea Kings, total pain. The only bonus was you stayed in the dry if it was raining.
This will be a useful corner filler for vignette or in a diorama.
