Love that LA 4500 Flak Allen........been wanting to build one of those (in 1-87 scale) for some time now. Not seen any kits available but was thinking I could bash one together out of different stuff. You big scale guys are fortunate to find it all in one box! :thumb2:Comment

I managed to build mine (Rubber tyres and all). Great detail, but really fragile plastic, brittle as anything…..with higher quality plastic it would be a good kit.Comment

Another FAA subject, as well as the box art it also has markings for one stationed in Ballyhalbert, Co. Down, which gives local (Sort of.) interest, though that one remains in the US paint scheme so it could make a nice break on my RAF journey.
Now it does hint that the wings can be folded in the instructions, but no actual steps to do so......

Dude 1 If that kit can be built in 3 ways , that unfortunately means you have sold 5 and bought 5.:crying:Comment

Thanks for the heads up, Dave. Might I ask what glue you used as I've never built a Master Box kit before...
Very true Rick. But hey, just go ahead and do the scratchy Bro. I did make a mistake and should have bought the other Trumpy kit with 3.7cm FlaK 37 on it. When I looked in the stash, I saw I had Trumpy's towed 5.5cm FlaK 41. I could have used that kit to make this version as I need the trolleys from it for something else. DOH!!!...It's all good..........

I have 3 or 4 in the stash, and the Mustang one wasn't that succesful for me so far, One disasyer and only one weekend to go to get the second finished........though a Pacific Air war GB would have more scope........Comment
