Hi both, difficult to say categorically without having it in my hand, but the ones I used in pharmaceuticals usually had an O ring up in the female barrel of the click on part……..assuming yours are like the Bartsharp ones here…

Found this in a charity shop being annoyed as I gave mine away 4 years ago part started I had a quick look and I seemed to be nicely built so far I got home and had a closer look and lo and behold it's the very same one I gave to charity having got bored with it.
I only paid £15 it's for charity so I am not that bothered about it.Comment

Although I've suffered from the zero mojo syndrome of late im sure you all know how it is it hasent stopped me being nosey on the old ebay ,first up was a halftrack bought for Daves GB sorry to say not that I couldn't be bothered I wasn't bothered its that mojo thing but must say I have enjoyed the whole groupe build so well done to all thoes taking part.
These next two were grabbed for a fiver cheap as chips but postage was a fiver but if you call it five pounds a pop still good going
Next up was a complete bargin for fifteen pounds and a few pence ,sold as spares as it had been opened ,came from a house clearance ,seller well documented it i couldn't see any sprues missing so took a punt ,result!!
Lastly complete bargin under fourteen pounds I know there mostly 35th scale but I do dabble in the dark arts now and again ,I officially retired on the 17th this month not that it will happen but whilst able to do so will feed the stash
Dave.
Ps how do I get rid of the little thumbnail pics or stop them from appearing there if I press the dustbin it takes out the big pic as well.ey up they've goneComment

And then what I did buy with some of me birthday donations from the scale model shop(thanks John and staff excellent service)
Not including the cutting matt ,some mr hobby aqueous black surfacer 1000 ,a couple of liquid pigments chaos dirt and light rust dust ,John didn't have any loose (5packs)number 15 blades but price difference was so negligible bought a box of disposables. Then grabbed one of thoes paint brushes where you change the ferrule/ brush once again onec you've got the handle tips are the same price as brushes (well what I want to pay for brushes) and one of them wet trays for paint thinking about time I gave up using a saucer for acrylics.
Back in the day I was a member of the Southampton branch of the BMSS progressing from gouache to oils then to drink and woman finally returning to plastic kits but just lately have spent more time than usual browsing the Perry bros web page ,admiring the warhammer stuff sci fi and fantasy with crimbo comming i think some paint sets and figures are on the cards hence the tru reason for the wet pallet and brush and tips ,I've also got the basic set of abtielung 502? oils bought with the appropriate how to book(weathering tonal changing etc)so if the modelling mojo drought continues a change could well be as good as a rest. Oh and ebay struck and robbed me of some funding but once again under twenty a bargin
Stay safe all DaveComment

Good haul. Lots to fill up your leisure time there……
You can’t go wrong with Perry stuff, by the way, great sculpts. The white metal figures need a bit more clean up than others, but they are worth it. :thumb2:Comment
