    Google Earth Search

If you’ve got Google Earth on your computer enter this in the "fly to" box

    Ratcliffe Road, Leicestershire

Do you see what I see?

What are we supposed to be looking for? The Hawker Hunter in someone's back yard looks a little incongruous!

Any ideas what it's doing there? Can't find any details of it on the net.

Here's a screenshot of Ratcliffe Rd, Leicestershire from Google Earth.

I think the unusual Red car might be a Porsche 928 - oh and there's the Hunter in the field next to it too :P

It's the same red car and look how closely he's parked to that jet aircraft - he won't have enough space to open his cockpit canopy!

There's some appauling parking there too - the jet alone has taken up about four spaces!

                        Char,

Have a quick look on YouTube or Metacafe (a similar site to YouTube) and type in Google Earth on there, You will find videos with lots of fascinating finds on Google Earth on those sites.

                        Regards...........Mark

My brother sent me the link, he travels along that road quite regularly and had see the aircraft but wasn’t sure if it was a Hunter or a Swift; unfortunately it’s not that visible from the road so he looked for it on Google Earth.
