Thank you Allen for the "This is your life" history of our friend John. From such humble beginnings he has turned out OK.

A warm happy birthday from the southern border of the forum, Mr. Race. :thumb2:
I noticed that even in your youth you never parted from your personal reserve of 4BO and flammable liquid... 'cause I bet this is what those two bottles on your bicycle handlebar contain!? :tongue-out3: :rolling:
Again, a very happy birthday, John, wishing you and your family even happier days to follow.

Happy Birthday Dude 2,
In honor of this glorious occasion, I have decided to share a quick history of your life with the fine folks here on the forum. You might remember some of these from last year's birthday mail...
When John was in school, he was like most of us and wasn't the best in his class!!! Here's proof of that,

Yea, we've all been there.............When he was younger, he developed a love of gardening and still has that love to this day!!! This kicked off that love of turning the earth,

My, he was a young lad there, huh???.......Of course, as he got older, he did his service for his country and joined the military,

Freshly graduated out of basic training, but at least he could have smiled for the pic....................After his service, he went into business for himself as a wood butcher. He couldn't afford a car at the time and had to ride to work on a bicycle. He just forgot that one can't carry 30 2"x4"s to the job on it and this happened,

Luckily, he only banged up his knee. After this episode, he bought a Ford Transit......................Now John was always a very proper person and he doesn't drink, but just one time he let loose with the lads and,

It was only overnight and there was no harm done. At home though, Christine was not amused and that meant no toast and coffee in bed for a week!!! Poor fellow.................Lastly, our good friend John is not the biggest fan of watching the Telly and sometimes the shows really get on his nerves. I do think this was a bit too extreme though Buddy,

He has since bought a new one and there is once again, peace at Race Towers...........
I hope you all enjoyed this little trip down memory lane of our friend John Race. He'll hate me, but the truth had to be told...........
All the best Buddy and enjoy your day!!!!
Prost auf Dich
Allen
Thank you Pete.
