    New Member? Start here!

It's great with all the new members on here and we welcome you all.
Starting out can often be confusing and or daunting, so here are a few pointers that might be of help.
We have a place where you can introduce yourself, a good place to start.
Tell us a bit about you, your age and where you are in the world. (Please add your location to your profile, it often helps others help you).
What do you like to build, is also good to know.
After you have shared that info and without doubt received a heap of welcome replies take a moment and look at all the main sections and their under sections, some have many.
Please note that the Introduce yourself thread is NOT the place to post questions and other topics. As the lady in the news agents said. "Hey, you can look at the headlines and maybe the football results, but you want to do the cross word, you need to buy the paper".
Once you have 'bought the paper' you will have full access to the whole of the forum where you can ask all the questions, post pictures and start a build thread.
In all the build sections there is also a completed section where finished builds are posted.
We have many sections for tips and such where you can find most helpful tips and get help to modelling questions These can also be posted in the genre specific chat or general modelling chat sections.
Any first posts in the Introduction thread that are out right asking for help without any form of a presentation will most likely not be approved
All I have to add is that we hope that you enjoy being a part of the 'club' and we look forward to seeing what you are up to.

There's also the tendency to suicide finger slicing...just found out many have had an encounter sometime in their quest for a quick finish. :smiling6:

            Cheers,
            Richard
