Well, well, well, I've just cracked open a Trumpeter 1/32 Me262 kit for my "aircraft just about to land" project. A quick rummage revealed all the normal "Trumpeter pretending to be Tamiya" packing, including the box of vinyl, clear, metal and photoetch bits. There is however one glaring omission! There's no painting and decal guide. Luckily I'm not building one of the kit schemes and I either know,or have the relevant references to look up,how to do the scheme and place the decals. Many, less familiar with Luftwaffe subjects, may not.
It's the first time I've ever had any problem at all with a Trumpeter kit,it's no big deal, but I wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience. Hopefully not and this is just an unfortunate one off. Noone's perfect after all.
I won't do a build thingy as this is essentially the same kit as the nightfighter I did last year with one less seat. Also it's a bit open ended due to potential work and other commitments. We might not see it for a while
Cheers
