    Dave

Sorry to hear about the OA raising it's ugly head.

I just wanted to thank you again for in-box reviews you've been doing in the meantime; they have been very informative.....but not so good for my stash wish-list!!

    ATB.

Take it easy, do what the doctors say, and hope for a dry, warm spell.

I reckon I will give it another ten days - if I was feeling any pain, it'd be OK, but it's frustrating when it feels ( reasonably ) normal. Probably why I've had trouble - rushing tings!

This is turning out to be much harder than I expected! I'm almost getting withdrawal symptoms, I've read twice as many books as I usually do, my tea & coffee consumption has gone up! Doing the Inbox Reviews actually doesn't help, I thought it would occupy my time, but all it does is make me want to get back to the bench even more. I've decided that this next Sunday is the end of the rest. I've one or two models that I'm going to review over the next few days, that I've extracted from the stash, but all that will stop, when I actually start making some of them.

              Hi Dave
I can well believe how frustrating it is for you but do pace yourself. I am sure that if you take things steady you will be fine. I wish you well.
              Jim
I have enjoyed your reviews, as I'm sure have many others, so although not actual bench time certainly worthwhile.

Don't go at it too hard and cause yourself more pain Dave.

Hi Dave, I'm nowhere near what you're going through but can imagine the frustration. I'm starting to get stiff fingers and cramps when holding a part too long when painting and hope this is just a passing thing but it is very annoying.
If you're going to start...take it slowly and don't try to finish off at one go. Pace yourself. You'll soon enjoy it more this way.

                      Cheers,
                      Richard

Having done 28 Inbox Reviews since the beginning of February, I've really exhausted all the more uncommon models that can be reviewed from my stash, I have a load more that are incomplete, or part started! I realised that most of my 1/35 models are mainstream models that would be familiar enough, or again part started, so they didn't figure very much!.
Looking at the views received by each review, I thought I'd see some pattern of preference, but no, it just must be governed by personal interest in the subject!
I have selected one of the HobbyBoss Easy Assembly models to ease me into the return to the bench - there are only a few parts to assemble & a little brush painting shouldn't strain anything. ( It's the P40 Warhawk )
                        Dave

Thanks for these, they've been very interesting to read. Hope your flare-up calms down soon.
