    Help with identifying Fighter aircraft

    Hi All

Hope you are all doing well, need some assistance in solving a mystery of mine, Im trying to identify a fighter that I have a memory of but can not find online no matter where I search, I will try my best to describe it:

    WW2 era plane
Large front with exhaust pipes coming out of it - maybe 4 or 6
Smallish body, engine looks overly large for the plane
Somewhere between a Spitfire and Corsair

    Anyone got any ideas?

Best I can suggest is start here

and just work through all the listings. Are you sure it’s WW2?

Sounds very much like the Japanese J2M Raiden.

                P40, Warhawk. That's my guess.
