    an Apology of types

an Apology of types,As you who know me I was a very Constance poster of builds and reply's to builds of all types
it all atarted a a couple of years back that I started to slow down some what with my builds and posts all being due to
starting to get the shakes and mild cramping in my hands that would pass after a few days,so this left me not being able to
do as much painting or building but could wait it out then start off a again doctors could never find a reason why or did not
real care in my eyes as it when on i could still do a little hear and there until i got my 1st covid jab the AZ then all downhill from
there as the tendons in both hands had tighten so i was unable to do any build painting at all so back to the doctors to see whats
going on with them and is it a know side effect from it and what i get is come on monica get your head out of the sand its not that
and asked if i drank at all which i said not to maybe one at Christmas or a birthday but to no real amount so i said well ,,,,,,, it and will
just have to live with it as there is a 2 to 3 yr waiting list to get that fixed but after two and 3 jabs there starting to loosen a little back
down to haft of what it was or maybe a little less so as for having this 4rd jab on top of flue and what ever else who knows what but
slowly getting a little better was able to type as you can see :smiling:
so hears hoping i will be able to start doing some building painting again
so sorry for lack off and any interest over the last yrs but thats why and im not one to go on about things
cheers all so sorry for being missing
i did say to a few

      Hi Monica,
I'm wishing you all the best in what must be a very worrying few years with little help in sight it seems! I hope you can enjoy some building and painting and sending good vibes your way in hopes of getting better/sorted as soon as.
      Take it easy ✌️

        Monica,
sorry to hear of your problem - all I can say is don't rush things - When you feel like painting, limit yourself to a half hour or so, then stop. I've had a problem with my right hand ( OA ), and I've found that limiting my benchtime to an hour a day, and none if I have any twinges, reduces the onset & speeds up the recovery. It's frustrating & it limits your modelmaking, but a little time is better than none at all!
        All the best
        Dave

Hi Moni, I knew that you were/are struggling, you come first, plastic is still sat there and this site is going nowhere. Look after yourself.

While I don't know you Monica, with me being a new member, I can only wish you the very best, and hope that there may be some remedy for your condition.
As has been said, slow, small steps at first.

Hi Mon. Hope you get better soon. As Paul says, I think I’d get a second opinion if I were you. Your doctor seems to be lacking in empathy and basic human understanding.

Hi Monica, sorry to read about your problem. I'd seek a second opinion if I were you...that doctor sounds impatient and has no empathy. Only get back to modelling if it helps in little steps. We're not going anywhere and will still be here. Get well and stay safe.

                            Richard.
