Emotionally Sensitive PC Educational Terminology to maximise Learning Oucome effect..

Since I work as a Design and Technology Instructor I've got to start working on a body of evidence or a portfolio of evidence to enhance or emphasise my professional practice and ensure I am fully proficient with the Governements incentives and curriculum standards to ensure the most proficient learning outcomes and expectations of personal development of pupils.

    Geeze.

What a Load of F00KIN' tosh!

    Get this:

Statement 3.3.4 ...use behaviour management strategies, in line

with the school’s policy and procedures, which

contribute to a purposeful learning environment.

So...I didn't actually "Hit" the child, I was using an effective behaviour management strategy to ensure of a purposeful learning environment!"

Statement 2.5 Do you know the key factors that can affect the way

    pupils learn.

Basicaly one of, if not the most influential factors which governs the manner in which a pupil learns is how "THICK" they are...I shall refer to this as HLPT (Higher Level Pupil Thickness....)

Statement 2.1...have sufficient understanding of their specialist

area to support pupils’ learning, and are able to acquire

further knowledge to contribute effectively and with

confidence to the classes in which they are involved.

Doesn't this basically mean that if you don't know what the hell yer doing, you atleast know who to ask so you can blag it in future?
