Sorry to hear that dan , but good luck in whatever you do and don't forget the doors always open if you want to return . Totally get where youre coming from re the social media . Like Jim R and a lot of others I’m not on any other forums or any sort of social media , and from what ive heard im so glad ! This forum is a different kettle of fish altogether , a friendly meeting of like minded people who 99% of the time get along without any aggro , I consider all the contributing members as friends not strangers . Sad to see you leave Dan, you were one of my original 'correspondents' and I've really enjoyed your builds. I was looking forward to seeing the completion of your Bergepanther! I came off all social media (apart from this forum) a little while ago and my quality of life went through the roof. I had found that, too often, the social-media tail was wagging the real-life dog. I do hope you find it a similarly positive move - I'm sure you will.
