    Napoleonic portrait

    Hi Guys

My nephew was over in Waterloo to watch the re-enactment. He is a professional artist and does a lot of pictures of the re-enactors. I thought you might be interested to see his latest work that he delivered this weekend. Peninsula campaign uniform.

      Hi John,
That is really good. In what medium did he do it in?

      Cheers,
      Richard

Superb….I thought it was a photo at first glance, then realised it had more life to it.

Brilliant portrait, missed the reenactment this year, but generally try to go, great day out.

Absolutely stunning there John, obviously the talent is passed down in the family Genes
                  Incredible talent for sure...
.... I have to admit that my first thought was that there's more than a hint of "Ricky Gervais" about him!!

Nice pictures John. Some icons in there……sergeant with spontoon, the little corporal, guard foot artillery, and (I’m assuming) Marshall Ney, the guy that lost the battle…..
